Evergreen Welcomes Jillian Hepinstall, Director of Consultant Engagement
Evergreen welcomes Jillian Hepinstall as a Director of Consultant Engagement where she will use her skills and expertise to foster partnership, joy, and growth with the Evergreen consultants. Jillian is an enthusiastic and driven individual who has spent her entire professional career in healthcare IT.
“The world of healthcare IT consulting is marvelously fast–paced but can be very solitary,” says Hepinstall. “I have a passion for finding ways to foster and facilitate joy, so I am excited to bring my energy and expertise to our consultants. I truly look forward to getting to know each member of the team and supporting them in their goals.”
Jillian started her career at Epic in 2012, where she spent nearly five years implementing Epic’s OpTime and Anesthesia applications and supporting training for Anesthesiologist project champions as part of Epic’s Physician Training program. She found her niche in project management and team building while serving as the application lead for many new implementations and upgrades, but her project management skills did not stop there. Jillian co-owned Epic’s “Have Fun” initiative for her division which involved leading a team of fellow project managers to plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of employee engagement events and activities.
Jillian shared her talents with a variety of clients during her time at Epic. Since then, she has been consulting a Senior IT Project Manager at a major healthcare organization in Nevada, where she led several key projects to advance the organization’s compliance with government regulatory requirements and enhance provider workflows.
Jillian has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Michigan University and currently lives in Madison with her three dogs.
