Lisa Johnson joins Evergreen as SVP of Solutions & Partnerships

To lead us on this journey, we are thrilled to welcome Lisa Johnson as our SVP of Solutions & Partnerships. In this role, Lisa will dedicate her time and talents to collaborating with our client partners to better understand their most complex challenges, strategize solutions, design tools and processes, and deliver services that support our partners in achieving their most innovative goals.
When asked why Lisa chose to join Evergreen, Johnson shared, “I am called to be a leader at organizations that collaborate with partners to generate new ways of thinking and doing to achieve outcomes that improve the health of our people, our partners, our communities, and our world. Lisa is an accomplished leader who brings to Evergreen 25-years of proven success at large multi-site, multi-state healthcare systems. She began her career in marketing and business and pivoted to follow her passion. She went on to earn a master’s degree in human development, with a specialization in lactation and teaching adults. This launched her career in healthcare, and she has not looked back since.
In the last ten years, Lisa has progressively increased her responsibility in clinical care, information technology, strategic planning, and business development. She has focused on driving service line growth, improving quality and affordability of care through technology enablement, innovating product and services development, leading teams, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing patient experience.

When Lisa is not immersed in collaborating with some of healthcare’s most accomplished leaders, you’ll find her spinning on her peloton, lifting weights, hiking in the mountains, kayaking, and more. She is celebrating her 25th wedding anniversary this month and cherishes any time she can get with her two sons, Chris 22 and Michael 20. Her faith has taught her there is a purpose to life.
