Supported Phase 0 of an Epic-to-Epic instance consolidation between a large academic medical center and its regional health system partner. Designed governance structures, decision pathways, and workstream strategies to align clinical, technical, and revenue cycle standards across both entities, then developed a phased roadmap and prioritization process to address high-impact variations, manage third-party integrations, and guide early data conversion and technical planning.

Acquisition-to-Implementation Pivot

Academic Medical Center

244-bed hospital + 20 clinics

12-month go-live · Connect → acquisition

Engaged initially as Connect implementation advisors, the engagement pivoted to a full acquisition mid-stream. Brought a 244-bed hospital and 20+ clinics onto Epic and Sunquest lab within 12 months, serving first as advisors to build the implementation plan, then as primary delivery partner with a 3-in-a-box Project Director, project managers across all key functional areas, and Epic analysts and trainers.

New Tower & Portfolio Management

Academic Health System

New tower · CMIO · CIO initiatives

Partnered with an academic health system to support IT deployment at a new hospital tower, including Epic Technical Dress Rehearsal project management, alongside portfolio management across the IT department. Provided project management supporting the CMIO on key clinical initiatives and the CIO of the university and health system on large initiatives running simultaneously across the organization.
