In 2017, a group of healthcare IT professionals from some of the industry's top organizations set out to build a different kind of consulting firm, one where every individual matters and collective success is the goal.

2017: Founded
Former healthcare IT industry leaders launch a people-first consulting firm, starting with Epic staff augmentation.
2017–2023: Services expansion
Offerings grow to include advisory services, implementation, M&A, Community Connect, Epic optimization, clinical informatics, data and analytics, and revenue cycle transformation.
2024: Best in KLAS
First-time wins for Overall Implementation Services, HIT Advisory Services, and Core Clinical Leadership, alongside expansion into ERP and on-demand support.
2025: Best in KLAS, again
Repeat win for Overall Implementation Services, alongside expansion into Patient Access and Application Rationalization.
2026: The next chapter begins, three years of Best in KLAS
